GITAM's men's residences offer comfortable and convenient accommodations to suit your preferences. Choose between air-conditioned or non-air-conditioned rooms, and select a sharing option with 3 to 4 roommates.
Each room is furnished with essential amenities, including beds, mattresses, study tables, chairs, and wardrobes. For added security, valuables should be stored in a lock and key. We also provide bed sheets and pillow covers to make your space feel like home.

Ragging is strictly prohibited at GITAM. Any student found engaging in ragging activities that cause inconvenience, embarrassment, or physical or mental harm to other residents will face severe disciplinary action in accordance with UGC guidelines.
Ragging Prevention Programme
GITAM strictly prohibits ragging in any form. Any student found indulging in ragging, whether physical, verbal, or psychological, will face strict disciplinary action as per UGC guidelines.
What Constitutes Ragging
Ragging includes any act that causes discomfort, embarrassment, or harm to another student. It is a criminal offence under Indian law and is punishable by suspension, expulsion, and legal action.
Report Ragging Immediately
If you witness or experience ragging, report it to the authorities without delay.

Strict Action Against Ragging
Students involved in ragging will face disciplinary action, including suspension, expulsion, and legal consequences as per UGC regulations.
Maintaining a safe and respectful campus is a shared responsibility. If you see something report it.
All residents must provide their permanent and temporary addresses, as well as the contact information of their parents or guardians. Any changes to this information must be reported to the student residence administration promptly.
Parents and local guardians may visit from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on weekdays and from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends and public holidays by appointment only.
Students who cause damage to residential properties will be responsible for repair costs and additional fines. If the specific individual responsible cannot be identified, the cost will be distributed among all residents of the affected block or floor, as determined by the Residence Manager.
