Working Guidelines

• Submit an “Animal Requisition and Animal House Access Request Form” three months before starting the study.
• Pay for animal and material costs in advance.
• Use allocated experimental rooms and follow all SOPs.
• Researchers must provide their own PPE and follow entry/exit protocols.
• No personal items are allowed in the housing area; lockers are available upon request.
• Transfers of animals between labs must be done carefully and with prior notification.
• Animal house don ’t provide any storage facility for biological samples.
• Animal house won’t provide any consumables. All necessary consumables have to arrange by the investigator.
• Animal House is not responsible for any spontaneous mortality and morbidity in animals.
• Researchers are advised to get vaccinated (TT) before initiating animal study.
• All the bio-wastes, sharp objects etc should be disposed by the Investigator as per the CPCSEA guideline.
