Murshida Khatoonhas a Ph.D. in Psychology fromUniversity of Calcutta. Her research interests include Metacognition, Psychological Scale Development and Psychometrics. She was awarded the Junior Research Fellowship as a doctoral candidate, and received the Professor Anima Sen Award (2024) for best research paper published in the Journal of Indian Academy of Applied Psychology as well as a ‘Travel Grant for participation in International Seminar Abroad’ from Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) for attending the Annual Convention of American Psychological Association (2019) and the best research paper award at the 8th International Conference on School Psychology, conducted by Indian School Psychology Association (InSPA), Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India, October 11-13, 2018.
