Dr. Yasmin Yaqub is an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. She holds a PhD from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. Her Research interest lies in Training and Development, Leadership development Intervention, training transfer, innovative work behavior and interdisciplinary research.
