Dr. YVVSSS Vara Prasad is a Professor of HR, holding M.Com., MBA, PhD, and FDP from IIM Ahmedabad. Since 2004, he has been a faculty member at the GITAM School of Business, mentoring PhD scholars, leading MDPs, and consulting projects. Honoured as best teacher at GITAM and holds leadership roles in NIPM. With authorship of five textbooks and active engagement in curriculum development and institutional responsibilities, he exemplifies excellence in Human Resources education and practice.
