Dr Saikiran Vadavalli has completed PhD in Physics from UOHYD in 2013 with CSIR JRF and SRF fellowship. He worked as a post doctoral fellow during 2014-2017 in the ultrafast optics laboratory at school of Physics, UOHYD. His area of research is in high-k dielectric thin films, laser matter interaction, nanophotonics and surface enhanced Raman scattering, ion beam induced modification of nanomaterials. He visited University of Naples Federico II, Italy during 2022-23 on SERB SIRE fellowship.
