Ratna Kumari Upadhyayula is from Visakhapatnam. She holds a Ph.D degree from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. She has successfully qualified in the GATE Examination. With an impressive 23 years of professional experience, she has handled numerous subjects within her area of research. She has very good knowledge of Optimization techniques, Antenna analysis through machine learning, and applying advanced concepts of machine learning to Image processing techniques.
