P. Theepalakshmi hails from Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu, and currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Artificial Intelligence and DS department at a Bengaluru campus. She earned her Ph.D. from NITT, specializing in bioinformatics within the computer applications department, focusing on optimization and metaheuristic algorithms. She has successfully cleared the NET and holds a valid GATE score. Her research interests are centered around bioinformatics, particularly in opt. alg.
