Dr. T. Swaroopa Rani hails from Andhra Pradesh and has pursued her Master's, Ph.D., and Postdoctoral studies at the Department of Plant Sciences, University of Hyderabad. In addition, she completed further postdoctoral research at the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) and CRISAT. Her research is focused on developing innovative and sustainable methods for plant protection, with the goal of reducing reliance on chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
