Dr T. Sowdamini is an Associate Professor and Area Chair at GITAM School of Business, GITAM (Deemed to be University), Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. With 20 years in human resource management, she completed an executive education program in HR analytics at IIM, Rohtak. Her contributions include over 25 peer-reviewed articles in SCOPUS and ABDC journals. Additionally, she is a member of professional bodies such as ISTD, GHRD, and NIPM.
