Supriy Ranjan is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Political Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His doctoral work (which he is about to submit) focuses on issues of Violence, Criminal Political Economy, and Democratic Politics. He has previously worked as Visiting Faculty at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru (Course: Violence, Law & Politics in India) & as a Project Manager for a Government of Bihar Project to create the district gazetteers of two districts.
