Dr. Shyam has been in IT industry for nearly 31 years, and has worked across multiple functions in software delivery, like Pre-Sales, Delivery, Delivery Excellence, Application Outsourcing, CoE setup etc. In his last assignment at Microsoft, where he had spent around 14 years, he was heading the delivery across US and Europe regions at India Global Delivery for one of the technology verticals. He is a learner by nature, loves to experiment with new ideas, and has two patents pending.
