Dr. M. Senthamarai is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Life Sciences. She has a Ph.D from Anna University, Chennai. Her research interest lie in developing value added food products from under-utilized plant parts and their effects on human microbiome. She also works in endophytic fungi and its industrial applications. She is also having experience in mentoring students for startups.
