Rekha Yadav completed her Ph.D. in Modern Indian History from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, in 2023. She has presented her work at esteemed national and international platforms and received the Best Applicant and Travel Award from Kyoto University, Japan. Her specialization in modern and contemporary Indian history encompasses themes of colonialism, nationalism, gender studies, community studies and the socio-cultural dynamics of traditional sports like wrestling.
