Dr. Rasheeda Khanam is from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. She holds a Postdoctoral fellowship from UGC (2016-2019). She was awarded a PhD Degree from GITAM, Deemed to be a university in 2015. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Life Sciences, Microbiology, and Food Science & Technology. Her area of research is Food Waste Management and Biodegradable bioplastic innovation.
