Dr. Mondal is an Assistant Professor at GITAM since 2022. He previously served as a Guest Faculty at NIT Jalandhar (India), researcher at The University of Tokyo (Japan), and was a postdoctoral fellow at IIT Kharagpur (India) and Harbin Institute of Technology SZ (China). He earned his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. His research focuses on developing mathematical and numerical tools to address problems in hydrodynamics, hydroelasticity and fluid-structure interaction.
