Dr. Potnuru Rama Krishna Gupta holds a PhD from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela. His areas of research are Time pressure, Strategic HR, well-being, organizational change, and industrial psychology. He has published several research manuscripts in Scopus, ABDC, Q1 and Q2 journals and presented his research at National and International conferences. He received the Emerald Literati Award 2020 for his paper “Employee Engagement for Millennials: Considering Technology as an Enabler".
