Prasun Banerjee holds a PhD in physics from Calcutta University and a post-doc in physics from UFG, Goiania. He received 3 project grants from the Govt. agencies and established the MMMRL research lab in Bengaluru. The outcome of his research projects on MXene 2D materials appeared in 50 research articles, 10 book chapters, and two full-time PhD scholars who recently graduated. He has received the MURTI faculty fellow position and was selected as the TARE Fellow by the SERB, Govt. of India.
