Dr. Pooja Jha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Life Sciences, GITAM Deemed to be University, Bengaluru. She has PhD from National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Kundli, Haryana, India. She qualified NET conducted by ASRB in the discipline of Food Technology. Her research interest in New Product Development, Byproduct utilization, Galactagogue Food.
