Phani Bushan Rao Peddi is from Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. He has a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from Andhra University and a Ph. D in Applied Mathematics from GITAM Deemed to be University. His research interests include Operations Research, Fuzzy Optimization, Decision Making in Fuzzy Environment and Fluid Mechanics. He was awarded Professor T. Venkata Rayadu Shastabdhipoorthi Gold Medal for securing University's first rank .
