Dr. Pratima Merugu is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing. GITAM School of Business. She has a Ph.D. from Andhra University. She is also certified with UGC NET-JRF qualification. She has more than 15 years of teaching and research experience and has published research papers in reputed and refereed national and international journals. Her Research areas are Consumer Behaviour , Customer Experience and Branding.
