V S Sireesha Kuppili is from Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. She got a gold medal in M.Sc., Applied Mathematics, from Andhra University. She has a Ph.D. from Andhra University. Her research interests lie in cosmology, special and general relativity, astronomy and astrophysics, theoretical physics, mathematical physics, dark energy, dark matter, scalar tensor theories, modified theories of gravitation, and applied mathematics. She has published 28 research articles in various journals.
