Dr. K. Sreekanth holds a Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad. He has published in Scopus and ABDC ranked journals. His research interests relate to employee engagement, high performance, leadership, organizational effectiveness and sustainability. He did FDP from IIM Indore. He is a life member in NHRD and holds membership in other professional bodies like HMA and MTC Global.
