Dr. Mandava Kranthi Kiran is from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. An Alumni of GITAM with a Degree in B-Tech (IT, 2007) has went on to pursue his Masters in BTH, SWEDEN with a technical specialization in Software Engineering, 2010. He has done his Ph.D. in Information Technology on the topic of Semantic Web where he has designed and developed a social semantic desktop manager. His current interests are Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality and is heading the Center for Extended Reality.
