Assistant Professor

Education

Ph. D.

Dr. K. Ramesh Kumar earned his Ph.D. at IIT Madras in 2004 with a dissertation on anti-site disorder and half-metallic properties in Mn/Co-based Heusler alloys. He worked as a Project Officer at IIT Madras and held postdoctoral positions at TIFR Mumbai, Seoul National University, the University of Johannesburg, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing. His research spans crystal growth, crystallography, and strong-electron correlation physics.
