Dr JK Pallavi has a PhD from University of Delhi and Post Doc (UGC PDF) from Anna University. She has qualified GATE with 96.47 percentile and also cleared the CSIR NET Life Sciences with AIR of 7. She has 18 publications; a patent disclosure; published in SCOPUS indexed and refereed journals; received competitive grants from govt agencies for novel product development; worked in Canada and Australia with Visiting Fellowships. She has her interests in food biotechnology and food microbiology.
