Dr Sreenivasa Rao Ijjada is from Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. He has a PhD from GITAM University, an M.Tech from JNTU Hyderabad, and an AMIE from The Institution of Engineers India(IEI). His research interests lie in Low-Power and High-Speed VLSI circuits and Device modeling related to data converters, memories, and IoT.
