Dr. Niharika Gemedar, PhD from Professor Jayashankar TS Agricultural University, and UGC NET Fellow, specializes in cereal and millet grain nutritional quality, processing, and product development. With research and industrial experience, she focuses on leveraging millets to promote sustainable food systems, enhance dietary diversity, and address climate change and food security. A key contributor to the ‘Millet Guidebook,’ she advances millet consumption and sustainable farming practices.
