D. Madhavi is from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. She holds a Ph.D. and an M.Tech. from Andhra University. A Fellow of The Institution of Engineers (India), she was awarded the prestigious Suman Sharma Award for achieving the highest total in A.M.I.E. She is also a Certified Behavior & Mentoring Analyst (CBMA). With 24 years of teaching and research experience, she currently serves as an Associate Professor. Her research interests include Image Processing, Signal Processing and Neural Networks.
