Dibya Jivan Pati is an alumni of IIT-Kharagpur, 2010 batch. In 2013 he was awarded MEXT Scholarship (Monbukagakusho) by MHRD (Govt. of India) to pursue Ph.D. in Japan. He completed Doctoral Degree in 2016. His research interest is not limited to Solid Waste Management, Avian friendly ecosystem, Disaster Risk Reduction etc.
