She is an Assistant Professor in the area of Marketing Management at GITAM School of Business, GITAM (Deemed to be) University, Hyderabad Campus, India. She has more than 12 years of teaching and research experience. She has published research papers in reputed International and National journals. Her broader area of research is in customer experience, customer engagement, services marketing and Sustainable consumption. She also worked as International student exchange co-ordinator.
