Debjit Khan

Associate Professor

Education

Ph. D.

Dr. Debjit Khan earned his MSc in Biophysics and Molecular Biology from the University of Calcutta, followed by a PhD in Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He did a stint as a postdoctoral fellow in the University of British Columbia/BC Cancer Agency in Canada and then spent substantial time as a researcher in the Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, USA where he was a Project Staff before joining Life Sciences, GITAM-BLR. He received INSA Young Scientist Medal in 2020 for his PhD work done in India.
