Debadrita Chakraborty is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English and Other Languages. Debadrita is a Charles Wallace Fellow and an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK. She is the recipient of the Sidney Perry Foundation Grant, British Federation of Women Graduates Foundation Grant and the British Association for South Asian Studies Travel Grant. She has read papers in conferences organized by the University of Cambridge, University of St. Andrews and IIT Madras.
