Dr. Murali Mohan Challa, from Visakhapatnam, earned his MSc in Biochemistry, Ph.D., and a PG Diploma in Yoga from Andhra University. His research has been funded by UGC with JJRF, and SRF. His key areas of research are biopesticides and the antimicrobial and antioxidant properties of plants. He has completed two major research projects on biopesticide formulations and was received the Best Researcher Award from GITAM. Dr. Challa has also guided five Ph.D. scholars and one postdoc.
