Dr. B. Rajesh Kumar is Associate Professor in Physics, GITAM, Visakhapatnam. He completed Ph.D. degree in Physics with Specialization Materials Science-Thin Films from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, A.P in 2013. He received Young Achiever Award at RERE-2018 in association with University of Louisville, KY-USA, Young Faculty in Science (2018) , Outstanding Faculty in Materials (2023) from VIFA at Chennai, and Best Presentation Award (2023) in INUP i2i at IIT Guwahati.
