Dr. Sahoo received his Ph.D. degree from IIT Kharagpur. In the broad research domain of Biophysical Chemistry, the specific focus is on the following areas. (1) Biomolecular interaction of small molecules with biomolecules (2) Biomolecule denaturation and structure analysis (3) Enzyme kinetics and inhibition studies (4) Studies on the biological activity (antioxidant, antiglycation, anti-fibrillation and anti-amyloid and anti-angiogenesis) of molecules (5) Drug repurposing studies
