Pronema Bagchi is from Pune. She was awarded the PhD in the field of English Language and Literature Teaching in 2019 from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Her research interest lies in the area of ELT, ESP, stylistic analysis of Poetry, application of M.I. theory, and soft skills. She accepted the ‘Outstanding Researcher Award (English)’ given by the 3rd International Academic and Research Excellence Awards in 2021. She has conducted several teacher training workshops on Teaching Innovatively.
