Asifa Zunaidha Fhas a B.Tech. with distinction in Computer Science & Engineering (AMRITA University), an M.A. in Political Science and an M.Phil. in Political Studies from the Centre for Political Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University; she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Political Studies from the same. Her research interests include public policy related to drought and other disasters, Rural Local governance, Minorities and Public Policy, Ethics in Artificial Intelligence, AI in public administration. She was the recipient of the University Grants Commission Junior Research Fellowship in Political Science, International Relations and Public Administration and currently holds the University Grants Commission Senior Research Fellowship in Political Science at the Centre for Political Studies, JNU, New Delhi.
