Dr. Atanu Dey hails from Midnapore (East) district in West Bengal. He completed his master's from IIT Guwahati in 2006 and PhD from IIT Kanpur in 2014 (after clearing GATE: AIR 41 and CSIR-NET). He acquired postdoctoral experiences from several premier institutes, including NUS Singapore, IACS Kolkata, and TIFR Hyderabad. After a short stint at Aragen Life Sciences Hyderabad, he joined as an assistant professor at the GITAM University BLR campus in March 2022.
