Eligibility
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law (regular mode) and an LLM degree (regular mode) in any discipline from a recognised university.
- A degree in law and a master's degree in law are deemed equivalent to an MPhil degree from an Indian institution or a foreign educational institution accredited by UGC regulations.
- A judge of any state high court in India with at least three years of experience or a judge of the Supreme Court of India or a member of a tribunal.
