K. Tejaswani published research articles in National and International Journals and presented papers National and International Conferences. She is a multilingual poet and published five anthologies of poetry, autumn leaves, A Forgotten Rose, Tallukkumannadhi Taarakasam, Pratibimbalu, and Purvai. Her poems appear in Words of the World, Mosaic of Poetic Musings: Contemporary Women Poets from India, Vibrant Voices: An Anthology of 21st Century Indian Women Poets and in Hum Aiseich Bolte.
