Candidates have to submit filled-in applications for all Certificates except PC, CMGs (*) to the Directorate of Evaluation along with the Original Receipt. (*) PC, CMGs: (a). Supplementary Candidates have to apply through the concerned Heads of the Departments and collect from the DoE. (b). Regular Candidates can collect PC, CMGs from respective departments, on payment of the prescribed fee.
