GITAM University established School of Technology at its Bengaluru Campus in 2012 with the aim of training quality human resource personnel in the field of technology. The School presently offers B.Tech. programmes in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and Information Technology. The School is endowed with highly qualified and experienced faculty in various branches of engineering who have made significant contributions both at the national and international levels.

The Campus is ideally located on the NH 207, Nagadenahalli, close to Bengaluru International Airport and at a distance of 3.5km from Doddaballapur Railway Station. Adequate transport facility to the campus is available.

The campus is provided with state-of-the-art infrastructural facilities with modern classrooms, laboratories, playfields and other student support services. The School is equipped with high-end software systems and servers integrated with 1 GBPS internet bandwidth. Separate hostel facilities are available both for boys and girls.
