Major & Minors:
How does it Work?

1

Students select a Major based on their interests in the second semester.

2

Students choose a Minor to complement their Major, either from within the school or from other schools, also during the second semester.

3

Each student will have a unique learning experience, ensuring no two students follow the same path.

Major Core

The major core consists of vital courses directly relevant to a student's chosen major. These courses offer in-depth knowledge and specialised skills in the major field, ensuring a strong foundation and expertise. They provide a comprehensive understanding and specialisation in the chosen area of study.

Minor Core

The minor core includes required courses that relate to the student's major in a secondary field, offering a basic understanding of another subject area. For example, a biology major with a chemistry minor may take organic chemistry, biochemistry, and physical chemistry courses.

Internship

Gain valuable hands-on experience and exposure through our multi-disciplinary program's mandatory internship between the 2nd and 3rd years. This internship bridges classroom learning with real-world application, preparing you for the professional realm. It offers a transformative opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge, develop practical skills, and enhance employability.

Eligibility

A minimum of 60% or 6.0 CGPA (55% in the case of CBSE, ICSE, ISCSE, IGSCE, and IB) aggregate marks in the Intermediate or 10+2 examination or equivalent examination in any discipline from a recognised Central/State Board or its equivalent, and is qualified in the GAT UG (Management/Humanities/Sciences) 2024 online test.
